Dinner was FANTASTIC! Can't thank you enough for everything. It was delicious, beautifully presented (love the nice bag, cupcake wrappers, etc). Loved the salad, and especially combination of dressing with it, chicken was delicious, biscuits, etc.

NAME: Bill & Katie

COMMENTS: "Thank you for the OUTSTANDING dinner you prepared for us this evening. The appetizers were scrumptious; I loved the toast covered with cheeses, tomato salsa, and other goodies: delicious! Then at the dinner table, the feast continued with your superb shitake & portabella puree with teriyaki drizzle, followed by your plucky duck leg with brussel sprouts and pink potatoes. Best of all was the lime pie for dessert! And then pizza later!

Most impressive is that you obtained and combined so creatively such unusual foods. "Like" the duck legs: I have never seen duck legs for sale, and if I wanted some for a dinner party, I would not know where to get them! Likewise, a mushroom puree would never cross my mind, and if it did, I'd have no idea how to go about producing it! So I can say, without reservation, that you two young women are unusually talented & creative when it comes to catering an upscale, gourmet dinner party."
